First I talked to a non-technical personal. We discussed employment conditions, salary, project to work on, past experience, other details. We agreed on further interview with a technical person on Skype. Few days after technical person called me and asked me about past experience, asked questions about MySQL, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Drupal and so on. After few days they called me and said I was accepted.
