Casual interview with two supervisors. Dress is business casual to casual. Be prompt, smile, and speak intelligently. The interview did not take long and I was offered a position during the interview. After the interview the HR rep did some paper work with me and advised me of my next step. It was very organized and professional.

The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
