The whole process took about 1 and a half months. I applied online and was invited to take personality assessment the next day. Scheduled phone interview with recruiter via email. Phone interview was about 45-50 minutes. Started out by asking what I know about Progressive (their website has a ton of information and videos). I was then asked about 5-6 STAR questions. The recruiter I had was very thorough and I was asked to be more specific for a few of the questions. With the STAR format, the most important part is the action and result.
Two weeks after the phone interview, I was sent the request for the background check, but there was no contact about setting up an onsite interview. I emailed my recruiter and was advised the position had been filled but I was still going to be interviewed for future openings. We scheduled the onsite interview for the following week.
Onsite interview was with two managers and consisted of 5-6 STAR questions. Then they opened up the floor for me to share anything else and ask questions.
I was contacted by the recruiter almost exactly two weeks later with the job offer.
Best advice is to do your research on the company and practice with the STAR format. I have had interviews in that format before and Progressive by far has been the most tough on sticking to the format and asking follow up questions instead of just taking notes.

So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.

Long process, pre-screen, video interview, another interview with leadership. It was definitely a long drawn out process. I have never experienced anything of the sort. If I don’t get an offer I’m not sure I’d ever apply again, it was very intimidating.
It ending up being a waste of time. Before having some submit a video interview, actually take the time to review their resume, to see if they would be a good fit.
