Brief sit-down explanation of job and job requirements. Fairly simple and direct questions. Went in to the location, met with the Human Resources manager. HRM notified the two interviewers that I was present, and then was escorted to a conference room where they explained what the job requirements were, what was expected of me in this position, and how I thought I would fit in this role.

First was a phone interview with an HR employee asking basics about background, time availability, desired pay, etc. Then was a Skype interview with potential manager who asked questions more specific to the actual role.
