Phone then in-person interview. Tour of building and explanation of different roles in department. Two assistant managers asked interview questions and trainer gave tour.

First is a phone interview. Pretty standard, some behavioral questions. Took about 20 minutes. Beware as this is where they will ask what your salary requirements are. Then is an in person interview with 2 people. Again, pretty standard. Took about 40 minutes. It's pretty laid back, more behavioral questions. They go into pretty good detail about the job and the FINRA 6 exam that is required if you get hired. They are pretty quick and timely with getting back to you.
