I did a get-to-know phone interview, then the HR Manager emailed me to set up a face-to-face meeting. Very straight forward, interviewed with the HR Manager and an IT Manager, no dumb questions, just technical questions. The background check was extensive, but you expect that nowadays. A good place if you are looking for an entry-level technology position.
