- HR ~30min
We talked about the company and my background experience
- technical one with the engineering manager ~1h
First part had some technical questions regarding software development in general, second part was a live code to solve a small algorithm problem
After that didn't hear anymore from the company.
They didn't even care to send an generic email saying I wasn't selected to proceed.

Experience, To talk in depth about a project you liked working.
5 interviews spanning 5 hours. Several interviews where no one actually cared who I was. 3 months process. Yes. No joke.
This is factory processing of 100's of developers through a process where no one actually cares who you are.
I almost lost another offer waiting for these guys to respond.
Thankfully I saw how the alternative actually cared and picked them before hearing back from playco. Bullet dodged? Probably.
