I gave the online interview on August 11 where the Ai asked questions about how I would handle certain customer care situations, for which it went great, since I have many years of experience I could answer them confidently, after the online interview I got a message saying that I passed the interview and their HR would contact me, I waited until August 18 assuming it's taking them time to contact me due to the independence day holiday, so I sent them an email asking for a time frame as I was excited and egar to work with them, they emailed back almost immediately with a link to their portal, when I clicked on it it said no jobs found, so I emailed them back saying I passed the interview and I want to know when I would get contacted by their HR, I also attracted screenshots of the message saying that I passed the interview and would be contacted by their HR along with a screenshot of the no jobs found portal page, they went cold no email response, nothing, very bad and professional experience

Had a top-level call with the HR recruiter at Placed. Didn't hear back even though the conversation seemed to go well. Emailed a follow up. No response. I understand you have a lot of applicants, but it isn't hard to shoot off a copy and pasted "No thanks" so that candidates aren't left in the dark wondering if their email is down.
