They collect all your documents and don't provide even a single piece of commitment. Even after clearing all the rounds, i.e. HR, technical, evaluation and final round, they were going round the bush instead of clear answer. If they don't want to continue with a candidate, why waste time and ask for documents?

The interview was cancelled thrice at the last moment, without even informing. The fourth time the interviewer had standard questions about how to motivate the team and so on. No technical questions were asked. Most questions were a hypothetical situation where in they wanted objective answers.

Not that much interactive. I waited a lot for process. The questions were relevant and answered excellently. After a week I received offer but there was lot of negotiation expectation from their end.

The interview process was a bit time consuming. As they don't offer without the assignment submission. Once I submitted the assignment, it took 2 days to receive the offer. But it was tough to crack.

There were three rounds. First round was just about the background check, future goals, reason for leaving the previous organization, expectation from the organization, etc. Second round was related to the work I had done previously, kind of technical and then was given two assignments on topics that I had never done previously just to check the thought process and research skills. The deadline was four days to submit the assignment. Third round was all about negotiation, where I always lose :'(
- Question related to the product that I built in my previous organization and how to improve it and leverage the analytic data from it.
