Short informational phone call then on site interview. We were brought in for "pitchbook day" where we listened to a presentation about the company, got a tour, and had one on one interviews. The presentation was informational and there was lots of time for questions and answers. I felt as though the the idea behind the process was a little bit cut throat bringing everyone in at once to interview.
