We are still in process, and I just had the conversational interview with two crews on the team. Both of them are super nice and we were mainly talking about the job details, the designer's responsibility and some personal opinions toward the company. Looking forward to moving to the next step.

Entrevista
Recruiter screen first, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a portfolio/case study presentation. After that there’s usually a product design or critique exercise, cross-functional interviews with PMs/engineers, and then final behavioral rounds. They seem to focus a lot on product thinking, communication, collaboration, and being able to explain design decisions/tradeoffs clearly.

Very intense interview process. Started with recruiter phone screen, then hiring manager interview, then 45 minute portfolio presentation, then 1:1s (mostly with product managers and other product designers). Recruiter was very responsive and helpful.
