The interview process overall was fairly pleasant. More conversational than anything. Few questions actually quizzing on knowledge. Much of it was behavioral. The part that I would rate as poor is the follow up and feedback. The interviewers seemed interested. One of the last questions I got was “what would it take to steal you over to Pfizer?” However after the interview process I was completely ghosted. Followed up with the recruiter after a couple weeks, who told me there should be an answer very soon. Waited and followed up again 3 weeks later only to be told they wanted to pass. I asked for feedback from the interview and was ghosted again. Very unprofessional.
