It's extremely formal, with a committee taking turns throwing tons of questions at you. The first-round interview lasts an hour and consists of 4 people questioning you. It's a mix of a technical skills interview, marketing skills interview and standard interview questions. It's overkill, as is the position in general. It's a job that should probably be divided among two people. It's like they want an IT person/programmer and an ecommerce marketer in one. Not sure how anyone "passes" this interview/their standards, and they also don't want to tell you a salary range.
