I had a phone interview followed by two in-person interviews at the Oklahoma City campus. During the interviews, they asked about my career goals, what makes me qualified for the position, what I like to do, and what I know about Paycom.

They emailed me to set up a phone interview. It was very casual and a good interview. I told on myself early on that I wasn't fully qualified on the marketing side so the rest was me asking questions about the company to keep the door open for future offers in the video production department.
