After the initial screening process I was asked to submit an end to end working application. The deliverables included a front end application, a back end service, database and documentation for the entire application. Post submission of the application, received a rejection email with no reasons mentioned which I found to be pretty unfair as there was a lot of effort required and a generic one liner was thrown back. All in all no hiring transparency from the organisation.
