five stages of interview. First phone interview in both english and russian languages. then written interview over the phone. Then 1:1 interview at their office. Then background check. Overall quite a long process. Meanwhile no updates if you got the job or not

Interview process was good. You will have jus two rounds. One is written exam which includes email writing and essay writing. Once you clear it. You will have hr round.

I guess when a company that big, there are always coming and going. The selection process becomes very difficult choosing humans.so, humans needs to think like numbers and be more number that are even to cooperates and I guess that’s where I failed.
