I applied online on a Friday. I got a call on Monday. A phone interview was scheduled for Tuesday. It was about 30 mins. Pretty standard. I met with DMS in the center a few days later and got the job.

you first interview with HR with the basic why do you want to work here and what are your qualifications. HR will then select you to do an interview with the Medical Director and PSR supervisor, they will ask a lot of questions but they are situational questions “tell us about a time” questions or “what would your current/previous supervisor say about about you”

The interview with patient first went smoothly. It was very informational and got to the point of the position. Was able to meet other staff and take tour of facility.
