A week after a brief screening phone call I was had a 45 minute generic phone interview. The following week I had to drive out to a different Patient First in my state for an in-person interview. They had me take a written test on medical lab science, personality test, fill out forms including an agreement to wear their uniform, and forms to provide references. They took my social security card, photocopied my degree and certification. Then the next week I went to the actual site to which I applied. Again with the generic interview questions...including "where did you go to college?" even though I handed her a nice copy of my resume that she didn't even look at. A quick tour of the lab and said they would let me know who they decide on the next week. This was a waste of my time and I'm uncomfortable with how much information they had to take from me before even making their decision.

there was a skill test and blind test the skill test has some WBC, some abnormal RBCs ,and Urinalysis morphology with some basic question. there was aslo a self evaluation form they gave me to fill
