Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Patient First (Fairfax, VA) en feb 2017
Entrevista
There are 4 interviews, this process took 3-4 weeks. There were two phone interviews, the first phone interview they basically got you excited about all of their "benefits" and asked a few general questions. 2nd phone interview they asked situational questions. Both phone interviews were about 20-35 minutes. 3rd interview was in the office in Fairfax, they started the interview with a medical terminology test, uniform policy, then met with an HR rep. The original position I applied for closed before I even had my 4th interview so I had to wait for a new position to open. BY THE WAY the uniform policy is that you HAVE to wear a polo/ golf shirt. NO SCRUB TOPS, you have to wear white pants with your polo tucked in, high white socks, and white shoes.. blegh

I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

Do you know how to take vitals and perform an EKG? What will you gain by working at Patient First? What will Patient First gain by hiring you? Who is a role model for you? What is your ideal supervisor? How to take manual BP?

There was one brief phone call with an HR rep asking very basic questions and asking mostly about availability. There was then another interview with a different HR rep over a video call, asking more behavioral and situational questions. There may be a third in person portion of the interview (didn’t get that far yet). There was also a very basic medical knowledge assessment online.
