Applied in October 2025. Didn't get an interview until January. Had an interview with recruiter and then 3 interviews with IT. Took over 2 hours for all 4 interviews. Heard nothing for weeks and emailed the recruiter. Was told I'm a "top contender" but wasn't finalized. Waited few more weeks then was told I didn't get the job. Overall, lots of red flags and wasn't very organized. Trying to get an update from the recruiter was like pulling teeth.
