I saw a job offer on Paradigma's website and I sent my CV. Few time after Paradigma's HR department called me to get a first presential interview. A presential and personal interview talking about my experience, skills, way of life, looking at the future work, ambitions... an usual interview. After, a soft first contact with the technical lead. In a second interview two weeks later, they made me a IQ test. In the last interview two days after, CTO asked me about the solution for a determinate UX problem.
