I applied this position through LinkedIn, and received email from their HR. I was scheduled for a phone interview to talk about my background, and tell me about the company. After that, I was schedule a walk in interview. During the interview, I met the HR person, and two other managers from the company. Both of the managers moved from the associate position to the current manager position. They almost ask all the behavior questions, and go through my resume.
