It was a spoken interview followed by a writing test on another day. I first met with two members of the team I could have been joining and then on the second occasion I met with the office manager and another girl from my team. For the writing task I had to do a press release and a pitch about design

Initial interview set up by recruiter. Interviewees were 10 minutes late with no apology or explanation, and their opening line was how they needed to end the interview in 20 minutes. Interview was via Zoom, and I could see one of the interviewees checking their emails/working multiple times during the short interview. Once I completed the interview the recruiter and PRCO never contacted me again either way.
