Entrevista
2 phone screens (company recruiter and hiring manager) then flew me to Plant for on-site. Nice place but the people/process turned me off. There was no "sell" by the company - it was all Behavioral Based questions by every member of the team. Was obvious it was not an interview meant for interaction because the team members would stumble as they read the questions from their books and could not answer follow-up questions. They may be nice people but I couldn't tell because it was question/answer - very mechanical. I say very difficult because I didn't get to know the people which was a major turn-off for me.

Submitted resume, phone screen, then participated in 3 panel interviews on-site with several other candidates also in attendance, sent to corporate offices in Pittsburgh and interviewed one on one with about five HR leaders. The entire process was well coordinated and the organization was very professional. One key trait that was extremely highly valued was an ability to be very open to relocation.
