Extremely efficent interview process! 1st round was a recorded interview, which proceeds to a live interview (following a call). Questions asked were relevant and comfortable to answer! HR was easy to contact.

One way video interview followed by an online interview over Teams with HR, more behavioural questions than technical ones, e.g. tell us about best/worst team experience, what is a difficult problem you have solved, etc
Heard back very quickly
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.

The interview process was relatively straightforward. At the time, there was an asynchronous online interview portion for which I was contacted for an interview call, which was conducted online due to COVID-19.
