Phone screen over zoom with cameras off (optional). Initial call was 30 mins with recruiter. High level, why do you want to work at Owner? Provided multiple links ahead of time, definitely want to see you do your homework
took about a month. talked with recruiter, hiring manager, was given a case study to finish, radio silence for 2 weeks, and then rejected. Pretty bad interview process, took too long, and im not sure what they're looking for.
