I met the recruiters at a campus career fair and learned about what they do and their cultures. I then applied online and received an invitation for an online interview. The final round interview at Minneapolis consists of 5 back-to-back 30-minute interviews. All interviews test candidates' problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
