The interview process at Oura was the best in class. It was highly efficient and well-structured, consisting of several stages: (1) an initial recruiter call to assess motivation and relevant experience; (2) a video call with a hiring manager to discuss role specifics; and (3) three individual video calls with team members who evaluated specific skills and knowledge required for the position. Throughout the process, the recruiter maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates and promptly responding to emails.

(1) Can you provide more details about your experience and background? (2) Can you explain your approach to project planning? (3) Could you share an example of a time when you had to collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on a project or task?
I made it through a couple rounds of interviews, but I felt unclear what they were assessing and specifically looking for. Kind of generic questions. Didn't get much feedback throughout process. Felt a bit like they didn't feel enthused at the outset of interview and unfortunately didn't move forward.

Everything was communicated well and recruiter was awesome until after first round interview communication stopped completely. After reaching out to recruiter there was no answer. This was strange especially because there was total of 9 candidates and recruiter was saying they eill reach out to everyone.
