I had an onsite at their Chicago office. They had a very formal interview process. Interviewers prepared questions ahead of time, felt very robotic. Had to follow up to get a status update.
First I had a behavioral interview, then I passed to the second round and was sent a technical assessment. This assessment was reviewed during a technical interview later on. Finally, I passed to the final round and had an in-person interview and coffee chat with the team.
