Reached out to via linked in about an opportunity. Sent my resume. Went through 3 rounds of interviews just to be told they wanted someone who already had "Big 4 consulting experience. Sounded like a great place to work but couldn't help to feel that my time was wasted.

The interview process was fairly long. I think this could be a shorter process. It took about 6 months for a decision. Just be prepared for the longer than usual hiring process.
