This is all before COVID so interview process may be different now. 1. Video interview which is basically a tell me about yourself. If you pass this you will be invited to an assessment centre 2. You will do a colour blindness test 3. They give a presentation 4. You will need to do a skills test which is where you will wire a switchboard in 20 minutes but they will show you how to do it beforehand and you have a wired version to copy from. 5. You will need to complete a maths, english and ICT test. 6. There will be 2 interviews, a competency based interview and an interview based around what you know about Openreach.
