Interviewed directly with the hiring manager - the Director of Talent Acquisition. While the interview went fine, I never heard back from the interviewer not even after I emailed him directly for an update. How is it possible to interview in October not hear a word afterwards, total ghosting, then receive an automated notification in February (!) to be informed that the position was filled. What kind of candidate experience are you aiming for? Total lack of respect and professional courtesy. Utterly embarrassing.
