- (1) Phone screen, (2) Mini project & review with AE (3) Virtual On site (4 b2b interviews - 3 of more or less boilerplate interview questions and 1 more technically focused). - hiring manager seemed disinterested in the interview, reading off boilerplate interview questions and not actually trying to get to know the person who may work on their team. Seemed like she had already made her decision and wanted to get it over with - Overall, the vibe I got from OpenAi is that they're too busy for you. They've got a chip on their shoulders because of who they are. Little details made this obvious to me. For example, multiple interviewers asked the same boilerplate questions, interviewers seemed to have no context on prior interviews & info gathered (so I was constantly repeating myself), and there lacked a desire to get to know you - more of a desire to get through the interview and on to the next

HR/Talent interview was great - one of the best I've had. No fluff, direct questions about my experience and how I could add value.
2nd interview with a Peer was terrible. He came across tired, disinterested - yawning multiple times - and asked basic questions. OpenAi is unique as they don't pay commission - straight base salary. I wanted to understand how I'm KPI'd, what Quota retirement looks like, the sales engagement process etc. he wasn't able to answer these questions.

The interview felt more like a screening intended to eliminate candidates rather than genuinely assess fit. They asked an overwhelming number of questions in a way that seemed designed to disqualify rather than engage
