The interviews are long and have a role playing component and written portion. Overall easy and the people were nice. Took place over zoom. 3 rounds of interviews total. Overall good experience.

Easy interview, didn't have to do interactive stuff, just basic questions and wrote out a sample message to a patient which the manager reviewed. Worked with front desk staff and then staff on the phones. This was the third interview, there was a phone and then video one.
