not very good. Told me they'd contact my via the phone. i waited and didn't receive a call. They said they tried calling me. I asked for them to call me on another day at a certain time, which they agreed to. I waited and still received no response. They ended up saying "they called the wrong number." and then I got through to them on the 9th day of trying.
