Entrevista
The interview process was very easy and included basic interview questions. The focus was more on availability and my past experience in operations and shipping/receiving/inventory. I met in store with the store manager who then showed me the back room and explained the basic expectations of the position.

Applied online and received a call with some simple screening questions of retail experience. I came in for an interview and it was pretty standard. "Tell us of a time you've had a difficult customer," "tell us of a time you've need to meet a goal," that sort of thing.
Went back for a second interview with the assistant manager and had similar questions, was also asked about my experience with planograms, my warehouse experience, etc.

The most difficult at the time was actually going onto the sales floor and being asked "sell me this printer."

Online application. I got a call from the store team leader a couple of weeks later. The interview was pretty run of the mill. I had my first interview with the store team leader and had the second interview with the STL and district manager.

The questions were ones that I had heard from other interviews so nothing about it took me by surprise.
