Upon arrival of an interview, you must take a Computer Skills test and provide a writing sample before they decide to let you advance to the next step. Once you've been approved to move on, I met with 3 sets of 2 employees at a time. The total process took a good 3 1/2 hours. I was told the position was filled internally.
