Screening call with the recruiter followed by hiring manager interview 2 days later. The next round was a SQL assessment which was just a document sent via email, no way to know if the candidate is completing the assessment themself.
Didn't proceed to the next round but was told it would be a call with the hiring manager again to discuss results of SQL assessment, followed by a round with the team.
The process seemed overly lengthy, however, the recruiter was quick to get back to me on scheduling interviews or answering any questions I had.
