Quick response required to fill a key position with a start-up company. Weekend travel and interview on a Sunday. Telephone contact for initial interview then face-to-face interviews with the Chief operating Officer and Principal Engineer. Started work the following week. Core personnel are personable and competent as well as appreciative of the need for a strong Quality Program in a regulated industry. Strong work ethic and corresponding expectations for QA Manager contributions.
