hiring managers are very honest & upfront about their expectations e.g in my case they were very clear that as a sales professional I have to be geographically mobile, there would be a basic IQ test/Group discussion for short listing after that you will have 2 rounds of interview where most of the questions would be from your CV & previous work experience
