it was a 1 and a half hour interview process. it was more of a practical interview asking scenario type questions relating to routers. And also general questions such as what's your favorite subject and tell me about a project and the challenges you came across?

Some general questions in the beginning, then a Linux quiz (simple commands), a small presentation (improv) about designing a test suite for a pen manufacturer, and an interactive "game" about diagnosing home networks. The entire process lasted about 1h 15min.
