Applied online then received a call from the in-house recruiter a couple days later to schedule the phone screen appt. The recruiter was very nice and helpful - she told me what to expect during the interview process and what to prepare for. Then I was scheduled for a phone interview with the VP of Sales. After the phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with the VP of Sales and the Director of Sales Operations. After my in-person interview, I was given a verbal confirmation that I would receive an offer and 2 days later I received an call from the recruiter to let me know I would receive an offer by email. Then we negotiated the salary. The whole process took 3 weeks.
