Very straight forward interview. District manager was very solid on sales and immediately put me on the spot as a salesperson. Management was/is very tough and never afraid to put you or sales on the spot. All in all a rough interview, but to my surprise after the interview the management is very supportive just very spotlight on individual performance, even in front of other staff on the field or in the office.
