3 Gespräche: persönlich, technical und cultural fit. Das 2. und 3. Gespräch vor Ort. Angenehmes Umfeld, nette Leute. Die Gespräche wirkten immer sehr ehrlich und auf einer freundschaftlichen Basis.
Das Technical Interview war vollkommen auf Englisch. Man musste in einem Workshop-Style Interview eine App designen und wurde zu diversen Themen dazu befragt. Man kann selbst den Fokus des Gesprächs etwas lenken, bei mir ging es jedoch sehr um den gesamten Stack und wie ich mir den vorstelle.
Cultural Fit mit einem Partner von Netlight. Typische Fragen wie „Why Netlight“, „Why Consulting“.

Generally focus on basics and reasoning behind everything. Motivation pretty important in last round. Coding Challenge and System Design is on a whiteboard. Generally Interviews take 1h30m.

They contacted me on LinkedIn, I had several phone calls and 3 interviews of about an hour each, one general talk, one case presentation, and one more personal talk with a partner. They also asked me to write a "consultant CV" before the last interview using a format they provided. I had already provided my own CV but they wanted me to write it in their format.
In total i spent at least 4-5 hours of my time, but in the end I was rejected with the reason that I did not seem interested enough in the job.
