The interview process is compose of four (4) phases: 1. HR Interview (via phone call) 2. Technical Interview (the HR will provide you the details) 3. Final Interview (with the director/senior manager) The hr interview is just all about getting to know the applicant and introducing the company and stuff. The technical interview will be handled by the team leader. There is a pen and paper exam for the technical requirements and you need to explain your answers/solutions in detail. The team leader will also explain to you the things that you should expect for the job role. I'm currently at the final phase which is with the senior manager. So I think that's all that review that I can give as of now. Also, one of the good things about NetSuite's interview process is that the HR is so nice and approachable. They will provide you all the details and some guidelines too for each phase. The entire experience is just so good. The company is really systematic and organized when handling business processes.
