They will ask you why they should hire you from twenty other candidates. They will ask you about you previous work experience. They will also ask you why you are interested in this work. It's cold phone calling, so they want to know that you're prepared to be hung up on and still be competitive with the other employees. Then they will do a sample phone interview. They will ask you to call the hiring manager from the other room to see how you sound on the phones.
