Was referred by a cosmetics line, account executive. Turned in an online application and was called within a week. Met with Cosmetics manager, chatted about my past in cosmetics along with my past employment history and after I passed the drug test and reference check I was hired! Went over salary in which I negotiated and received a $6/hour higher wage.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
