The initial phone call I received was from HR and I was asked a few probing questions about my resume and past experience. She told me she wanted to schedule an interview for me but the person in charge of the department was on vacation and that she would call back to schedule. I thought they had chosen someone else, but she did call back after 2 weeks just to keep me updated, which was nice. The actual interview did not occur until one month after that. I had two interviewers, one of the leads and the team's supervisor. They were friendly and thorough, and asked a lot of open-ended questions and took a lot of notes. The questions were very example-oriented and situational, i.e. "Have you dealt with any difficult co-workers in the past? How have you addressed it?" Overall, I enjoyed the experience and everyone I met was very nice. I liked the atmosphere and I would recommend this company.
