Had a quick talk about past experience then had to walk around the store and do practice scenarios. Like picking out an outfit for a certain interview. They also made me go round talking to customers in the shop and ask them if they were okay.
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
