Pretty easy, selected for a phone interview and was made an offer after the interview. Normal application procedure is submission of CV, telephone interview and trial shift however this was not my experience as I was made an offer directly after the telephone interview based on my experience
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
